CCHOA Events Overview

Guidelines For Non-HOA Sponsored Events

The CCHOA board must determine whether the event fits within our guidelines. If the board determines it does, the board will then approve/disapprove of the wording of the announcement. Approval of the event and the announcement wording must be approved by the board before the announcement can be included in any CCHOA communications. Rules and approvals include the following but are not limited to:

  • Limited to neighborhood organizations; Country Club, the horse stables, Guardians of Palmer Park, the 2 schools and the 2 churches.

  • It must be a community event in or near our neighborhood.

  • It must be open to the public.

  • The organization must ask us to share the information.

  • The organization must provide the exact wording of the information for the event.

  • The event information will be posted on this page, after the board approves it. This information may go out as an email blast, but only at the bottom of a normal HOA communication.
